I like bling!  I had never found a brow band that had the right colors and enough bling.  So, I decided to make one.  It was so much fun, I made another one.  Then I made another, and another.  I gave some to friends, who mostly liked them (not everyone likes bling!).  Then I started making belts that match the brow bands.

As a hobby, equestrians can purchase ready-made and custom brow bands and custom belts from me. The profit goes to four designated charities (Frederick County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program, Hurwitz Breast Cancer Program, Maryland Equine Transition Service Owner Assistance (METS), and the Catoctin Chapter of PVDA). The cost covers materials ($ goes to me) and a donation ($ goes to one of four charities (you designate which charity).

I offer very blingy, a little blingy, subdued (colors but no bling), whimsical, holiday, and word brow bands and belts.  Most of the brow bands and all the belts have a Biothane base with leather or biothane side strips that form the empty channel for beads. I can also use Fairfax leather brow band blanks. Although being phased out, I offer a limited number of leather brow band blanks and ready-made leather brow bands.

This web site shows photos of brow bands I have made. Some are available and some have been sold. If sold, I can usually make another one in the size you need. You can also use the photos to develop your own custom brow band design – just let me know what you want and I will try to make it for you.

Do you have a drill team, Pas de Deux, Quadrille or club with color themes?  Does you equestrian business or barn have a color theme? Get brow bands and/or belts to match your theme.
